This Charter sets out the objectives, responsibilities, and framework for the Board’s operation and governance as established under the Constitution of Gateway 2015 Properties Limited (Gateway Properties), such as when it acts as a Trustee for certain charitable funds or institutions, including the Gateway 2015 Properties Trust.
